Norse Natural Gas Gathering Facility
This system consists of 226 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines located in Williams, Divide and Burke Counties, North Dakota. The system has a gathering capacity of 40,000 Mcf/d and a processing capacity of 25,000 Mcf/d.

Watford City Natural Gas Gathering System
This system is comprised of 851 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines located in Williams, McKenzie, Dunn and Billings Counties, North Dakota and Roosevelt County, Montana. These assets have a gathering capacity of 190,000 Mcf/d and a processing and treating capacity of 125,000 Mcf/d, with a fractionation capacity of 20,000 bpd.

Bakken Gas Gathering System
This system consists of 502 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines located in Richland County, Montana and has a gathering capacity of 30,800 Mcf/d, a processing capacity of 27,000 Mcf/d, and a fractionation capacity of 6,500 bpd.

Badlands Gas Gathering System
This system is comprised of 223 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines located in Bowman and Slope Counties, North Dakota and Harding County, South Dakota. The system has a gathering capacity of 46,000 Mcf/d and a processing and treating capacity of 40,000 Mcf/d with a fractionation capacity of 4,000 bpd of NGLs.
