Project Overview

Elba Express Company (EEC) is developing the Bridge Project (Bridge) to connect EEC's existing pipeline system to Colleton County, South Carolina. The estimated $431 million project is designed to provide 325 MMcf/d of firm transportation capacity to help meet the state's growing residential and commercial needs. Bridge is supported by long-term contracts with creditworthy customers. 

If approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Bridge will involve the construction of approximately 71 miles of 30-inch diameter pipeline, along with new meter stations and related facilities. Pending all additional permits and approvals, the project is anticipated to be placed in service in the second quarter of 2030.
