California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Notice This California Consumer Privacy Act Notice is provided by Kinder Morgan, Inc. (the “Company”) to inform those residing in California about:
- the categories of Personal Information that the Company collects; and
- the purposes for which the Company uses that Personal Information.
Depending on your relationship with the Company, not all categories of Personal Information may be collected and not all described purposes will apply.
Definition:
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a natural person that the Company collects information about, who resides in California.

Requests Under the CCPA A
California resident has the right to request that the Company:
- Disclose the following information to you covering the 12 month period prior to your request.
- The categories of personal information we collected, used, and disclosed about you and the categories of sources from which we collected the personal information;
- The business or commercial purpose for collecting or using the personal information about you;
- The categories of third parties or service providers to whom we disclosed personal information about you, and the categories of personal information disclosed;
- The specific pieces of personal information we collected, used, or disclosed about you; and 2. Delete personal information we collected from you.
- Businesses may not discriminate against a California resident for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
How to Make Requests
California residents can make an access or deletion request by contacting privacy@kindermorgan.com or by telephone at [TOLL FREE NUMBER]. You may make requests twice in any twelve month period.
Verifying Requests
In order to protect your Information from unauthorized requests, we may request information or take reasonable steps that will allow us to verify your identity and indicate the nature of our exchanges with you.
If your request relates to a request to know about the categories of personal information we collected, used, or disclosed about you, then we may require at matching at least two data points to verify your information in our records.
If your request relates to the specific pieces of personal information we collected, used, or disclosed about you, then we may require matching at least three data points to verify your information in our records.
If you request is to delete personal information we collected, used, or disclosed about you, then we may require matching at least three data points to verify your information in our records. Additionally, we may require a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the person whose personal information is the subject of the request.
Your authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf using the above methods and ensuring the appropriate verification and documentation can be provided.
We do not Sell Your Personal Information.
