Crossing Guidelines & Authorization for Maintenance

As required by CER DPR-O section 15, Kinder Morgan has developed and will maintain detailed guidelines setting out the technical and other information to be included in the requests for written consent for the events listed in sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2.
