Texas-Louisiana Expansion Project
On November 21, 2024, Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC (NGPL) received FERC approval to construct the Texas-Louisiana Expansion Project. The project will increase NGPL's capacity by approximately 300,000 dekatherms per day. The project will primarily involve additional compression to increase natural gas deliveries from existing system receipts, the growing basin supply in TexOk (Haynesville) and South Texas (Permian and Eagle Ford) to growing LNG markets.
This project includes the construction and operation of new and modified facilities at two compressor stations on NGPL's Louisiana Line system and is targeted to be in service by July 1, 2026.
