To access a copy of the correct blank Carrier Access Agreement, select the entity below which corresponds to the terminal(s) you will be accessing.

*Download and complete the Carrier Access Agreement (CAA). Email completed CAA, Security Plan Acknowledgement, COI and W-9 to Carrier_Request@kindermorgan.com. Vapor Test and Wet Test are to be provided at initial truck/trailer arrival at terminal.
