Operating on a fee-based system provides the company with a stable earnings base, regardless of the price of the commodity transported or stored at our terminals. Product pipeline assets are divided into three areas of operations, Pacific Operations, Mid-Continent Operations and Eastern Operations, including Plantation Pipe Line.
