The 200-mile Elba Express pipeline, owned and operated by El Paso Pipeline Partners, extends from the Elba Island LNG terminal near Savannah, Ga., to the Transco pipeline in Hart County, Ga., and Anderson County, S.C. The pipeline also connects with SNG and directly connects to various power plants in Georgia
