The Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline is a 133-mile, 42-inch diameter pipeline that transports natural gas from the Cheniere Sabine Pass liquefied natural gas terminal located in Cameron Parish, La., to various delivery points in Cameron, Calcasieu, Jefferson Davis, Acadia and Evangeline Parishes. KMLP provides pipelines serving the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast United States with a new source of gas, providing greater flexibility in responding to fuel demands. All of the 3.2 billion cubic feet per day of capacity on the pipeline is subscribed under 20-year contracts. Interruptible Transportation Service may be available on the pipeline on a day to day basis.
