Kevin Grahmann

Kevin Grahmann Mr. Grahmann is Vice President of Corporate Development for Kinder Morgan, one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America.

His responsibilities include leading Kinder Morgan's acquisition and divestiture program, including originating, structuring and negotiating corporate transactions. Mr. Grahmann joined Kinder Morgan’s Corporate Development group in 2012. He was named a Vice President within the Corporate Development group in 2017, and became head of the Corporate Development group in 2020. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan he served in various business development and corporate development roles at El Paso Corporation and Exterran, Inc. He previously worked at J.P. Morgan in investment banking.

Mr. Grahmann holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rice University.

Kinder Morgan owns an interest in or operates 83,000 miles of pipelines and 147 terminals. The company's pipelines transport primarily natural gas, refined petroleum products, CO2 and crude oil and its terminals store, transfer and handle such products as gasoline, ethanol, coal, petroleum coke and steel.
