Elba Liquefaction Company, L.L.C. (ELC)

ELC is a Delaware limited liability company formed by Southern Liquefaction Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and a unit of Kinder Morgan. The ELC facilities will be located at the Elba Terminal and will receive and liquefy natural gas, and deliver liquefied natural gas to the Elba Terminal for storage, export, vaporization, or other delivery at or from the Elba Terminal.

Southern LNG Company, L.L.C. (SLNG)

SLNG is a Delaware limited liability company and a unit of Kinder Morgan.

The Elba Island LNG terminal (Elba Terminal) located near Savannah, Ga., has 11.5 billion cubic feet of LNG storage capacity and 1,755 million cubic feet per day of peak vaporization send-out capacity. The Elba Terminal is directly connected to three major pipelines and indirectly to two others and thus is readily accessible from the southeast and mid Atlantic markets.

Express Company, L.L.C. (EEC)

EEC is a Delaware limited liability company and a unit of Kinder Morgan. EEC owns the 190 mile EEC Pipeline that extends from points in Anderson County, S.C., and Hart County, Ga., to Chatham County, Ga.
