Kinder Morgan Southeast Terminals and its consolidated affiliate, Guilford County Terminal Company, LLC, are a wholly-owned subsidiary formed for the purpose of acquiring and operating high-quality liquid petroleum products terminals located primarily along the Plantation/Colonial pipeline corridor in the Southeastern United States. Combined, Kinder Morgan’s Southeast terminal operations consist of 24 petroleum products terminals with a total storage capacity of approximately 8.0 million barrels.
