KMP owns a 49 percent interest in the Red Cedar Gathering Company in the Northern San Juan Basin. Red Cedar's system gathers approximately 700 Mmcf/d of conventional and coalseam gas from over 700 producing wells. Red Cedar is jointly owned by KMP and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. Red Cedar facilities include over 800 miles of gathering pipe, 19 compressor stations housing 59 units of field compression totaling over 80,000 installed horsepower and a 230 Mmcf/d CO2 treating plant. The company is based in Durango, Colorado.

Casper/Douglas consists of approximately 1,500 miles of gathering lines, as well as approximately 210 million cubic feet per day of natural gas processing capacity at two plants in Wyoming. These facilities are integral to KMIGT.
