Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America (NGPL) is the largest transporter of natural gas into the high-demand Chicago market and one of the largest in the country. The premier interstate system has approximately 9,800 miles of pipeline, over 1 million compression horsepower, 275 Bcf of working gas storage and peak day market area deliverability of nearly 5.0 Bcf per day. NGPL has developed a unique and extensive infrastructure - including well maintained pipeline and compression facilities and, highly flexible storage fields - that enables it to provide safe, reliable and efficient natural gas service to its many customers.
Kinder Morgan, Inc. operates and owns a 20 percent interest in NGPL. Myria Holdings Inc. owns 80 percent of NGPL.
