Joseph Listengart
is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kinder Morgan, Inc. , Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) and Kinder Morgan Management, LLC (NYSE: KMR). In that capacity, he is responsible for managing and overseeing the legal functions of these companies. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan, he worked as an attorney for Hitchins, Wheeler & Dittmar from 1995 to 1998.

Mr. Listengart received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University where he also earned a master's degree in business administration. In addition, he holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University

Kinder Morgan owns an interest in or operates approximately 37,000 miles of pipelines that transport primarily natural gas, refined petroleum products, CO2 and crude oil; and 180 terminals that store, transfer and handle such products as gasoline, ethanol, coal, petroleum coke and steel. Kinder Morgan, Inc. owns the general partner interest of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners. Kinder Morgan Management is a limited liability company and its only significant assets are the partnership units it owns in KMP.
